    I’ve checked the connection on mail chimp, the site is connected, my api key is set, I’ve already clear the API cache, but style have a message when i see the list of my forms : List Not Found
    and when i edit a form , ihave the message : We’ve encountered an error. No list ID was sent.

    Can you tell me what to do ?

    Hi @agraphagency,

    It sounds like you’ve read through the message board a bit and know what I am going to say. I will still paste the usual response here.

    The most common reason for this error is that your IP address is being blocked by MailChimp. MailChimp will block you (via a service called Akamai) if your IP address has been responsible for malicious things like spam. This happens the most in shared hosting environments where other websites share an IP address with you. It doesn’t mean that you were responsible for the malicious behavior but rather that someone else was using your current IP address and now it is compromised. To resolve this, get in touch with your server team and ask them to change you to a new IP address.

    Also, if you’d like to help us build out a feature where we can tell our users they’re being blocked, please email us at plugins [at] yikesinc [dot] com. It’s difficult for us to build this feature without having a site blocked 🙂
