    There is Category Layout depicted at the screenshot. You can switch it to
   List one within Restaurant Menu>Settings>General>Category Layout

    Since the version 2.2.0 you have two options: 1. Create a page, click
   the menu icon to place a shortcode, choose ‘display menu items’, choose ‘simple
   list’ 2. Navigate to plugin settings > Display, choose ‘display categories and
   tags’ as ‘Simple list’.
