List E-Mails sent to Customer

    Hi all,

    is there a way to get a List of all generated E-Mails sent to a customer?
    Cause we have trouble with one stummer who didn’t pay an invoice. Now our lawyer wants to see the complete correspondence with him. But in order history I can’t see the mails. I only could send the lawyer the templates but not the “real” mails send to this customer with timestamp and so on.
    Anyone any idea?

    Hi there Michael,

    If there isn’t a specific log that your site has generated to keep track of all emails your site has sent, then I’m afraid there isn’t a way of looking up the different emails that have been sent out.

    On the off-chance that your hosting company may have some more data, I would recommend asking them for any records they might have.
