    Hello,

    When logged into the admin area and attempting to add new contacts, the select/drop down menus aren’t showing – it’s simply showing plain text (i.e. the name of the drop down menu, one cannot select the preferred list).

    We have deactivated all plugins, activated a default theme, etc.

    We assume the plugin requires an update?

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention!

    After investigating, we have resolved the problem with the newly added contact list dropdown menu that you recently shared with us. The fix will be included in our next release, which is scheduled for next week.

    We are encountering the same issue with the dropdown menus since updating to 5.8.6. Just commenting here so I can follow-up and retest when the new version is released.

    We are pleased to inform you that we have released a new version of the plugin, version 5.8.7. This update includes a fix for the issue related to the Subscriber list status when using the dropdown while editing contacts on the audience page.

    We recommend updating to the latest version of the plugin. After updating, please check if the issue has been resolved. If you still encounter any problems, we will investigate further.
