Hello, and thank you for the great work.

After updating to v2.15, the List Box stops to show inside posts. It shows only with the ready-made ones, but when I set Post List Box Selection to Custom Template, it shows nothing.

Currently, I’ve rolled-back to v2.14 to maintain the same view, everything is working as expected.

    Please Advice

    Hi @janoubie ,

Thank you for using our plugin. Could you let us know how you use the Post List Box on your site? If you can provide a screen capture, this will be very helpful.

    Hi @janoubie ,

It has been confirmed that the bug happens on the Free version. I have reported this to the developer to be investigated further. You can also monitor the issue here: https://github.com/publishpress/publishpress-series/issues/948

Let me know if you want to add something regarding this.

    Hello @rizaprihananto ,

In Series Post List Box, I use this code:

    <div class="seriesbox center"><span class="seriesmeta">«( %series_title_linked% )»</span>%series_icon_linked%<br><ul class="serieslist-ul">%post_title_list%</ul><br></div>%postcontent%

Here is a screenshot with the result on v2.14:

    Hi @janoubie ,

The screenshot does not show on my end.

In the meantime, could you try to install the following fixed version to see if we are on the same page?

    Hi @janoubie,

We haven’t heard back from you in a week. Let me mark this ticket as resolved. No worries, you can always re-open by replying this or create a new thread if you want to continue the discussion.

Hello Riza, I can’t speak for @janoubie, but I tried your development version and it sort of works.

The custom list box shows up again in this version, but it doesn’t respect the list’s location on the custom template. The list always shows on top, even if I put

    %postcontent%

at the beginning of the custom code.

I strongly believe the post list box belongs at the bottom of the page, don’t you 💫

PS: I can also confirm that the custom list box template works as intended with 2.14, including the list’s location on the page

    Yes, The development modification works.
And it works even if “Post List Box Selection” is not set to Custom Template.

    Thanks @janoubie

We’ve put a lot of work into upgrading the Post List Boxes feature, adding lots of improvements and making it easier to use. We’ve also tried hard to maintain full backwards compatibility. We’ll look into modifying the location option in a future release, but for now I’d recommend going with what will be released in that development version.
