Linux: homepage of the site not generated !

    Hi,
    The plugin seems to work correctly on Windows (all pages generated) but when we install the site on the production platform (Linux CentOS) then all the pages are generated except the homepage…

    The page is generated when doing it manualy using “Refresh a single site manualy” with value: “http://mydomain.com/index.php”
    but even this is not perfect: the generated static file is named ‘index.php’ (instead of index.html).

    Please help !
