linkwithin

I’m a newbie, but before you say ugh, I have searched high and low for an answer to this problem. I have linkwithin but it only seems to be searching on about 5 of my posts. There is no management page within that plug-in and I cannot figure out what to do with the code in editor. LW has not answered my two emails and I cannot find the simple answer to how to tweak the code. I promise, I have looked at how-to videos, forum posts, etc. Can anyone help me out?
