 * I keep getting these errors..
    Warning: fopen(weblogs.com.changes.cache): failed
   to open stream: Permission denied in /home/chrism/public_html/ppa/wp/wp-links/
   links.weblogs.com.php on line 101 Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not
   a valid stream resource in /home/chrism/public_html/ppa/wp/wp-links/links.weblogs.
   com.php on line 102 Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream
   resource in /home/chrism/public_html/ppa/wp/wp-links/links.weblogs.com.php on
   line 103 The cache file is chomd 666 and I’ve tried 755 and 777. Nothing works
   on either of my sites. Perhaps theres something wrong with the php and fopen 
   on my server? I’m using the old links.weblogs.com.php for my other site and it
   works fine.

 * Oh, I forgot to add that the weblogs cache file is being updated..

 * ok I fixed it, the only problem was the page with the links on it was not in 
   the same directory as the cache file. So I moved the cache and no more errors.
   Weird.
