    Please I am having a problem in my site.
 * I am using JS SUPPORT [https://wordpress.org/plugins/js-support-ticket/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/js-support-ticket/)
   and polylang. And I cant use any other plugin I can only use polylang.
 * When i try to open tickets like in the img, it should go to a new link, but it
   doesnt, it only works for one language (Arabic) but on English side it doesnt.
 * The JS plugin support said this:
 * Hi,
 * We were support polylang but polylang change it coding in latest versions.
 * It overwrite all permalinks rules and disturbed others. It restrict to submitting
   form, you can not also search.
 * At url level, we fix the code but now it overwrite WP basic rules.
 * So please can u help me?
 * I can not write login info here and only loged in can see it but please tell 
   me how can I do it and I am ready to provide u
