Links & YouTube not working on home page

I can’t get links or embeded YouTube clips to appear/work on the home page of the blog. Once you click through to the post it will work just fine, but from the home page links are just plain text and embedded objects don’t appear.

It’s running Catchbox 1.5.6 on a fresh install of WordPress 3.4.2, and there are not any plugins installed aside from the defaults (which aren’t enabled).
