To help all in the future
After a nights sleep I did some more playing and I am not sure what is different or why as the test links are now working so I have gone live with the links at the bottom of this page
All is now working using Tabs Anchors as described when you do the following with Shortcakes Ultimate
Insert shortcode > Tabs > Examples of Use > scroll to near bottom of page to Tabs Anchors
