Links to photo gallery say: “It appears you don’t have permission to access” You

I’m trying to send links to particular photos in my gallery and when I do this we’re getting the following ERROR when you try to open the link. Although, occasionally I can open it up on the same computer. The receiver of the email cannot.

“It appears you don’t have permission to access this page”
403 Error. Forbidden

I used to do this all the time with no issue. What has changed????

No problem. Below is the link to the gallery. We’re also having a problem scrolling the gallery pages. As you scroll down the page all of the images SHAKE??????? We’ve played with numerous adjustments i.e. pre-loads etc, but nothing is making it go away. It never did this before……..

Dear @ctruc,
We are sorry for this belated response.

Please disable Cherry Media Parallax to get rid of the shake effect.

As for the 403 Error, please specify what links you are trying to send.
Can we have that error screenshot, please?

1) Not sure how I’m supposed to disable Cherry Media Parallax particularly when its used for certain features on other pages. All I know is that its affecting all aspects of the site now and it never did before.

3) not sure how to add an image or screen shot here, but this is an example of a link I tried emailing and the resultant error message. Again, I used to email image links all the time without issue. I just right clicked on (copy image address)
