Do you have a way to replicate the problem so that we can debug it easier?

That is part of the issue, it happens very randomly. After many attempts to google the problem ‘wordpress Showing RSS feed instead of post’ led me to this stackexchange question and a 7 year old WordPress Forums thread 🙂

Are you really still running WordPress version 4.4.18?
Well, I just looked again and there it was… a RSS feed with one post that had nothing at all to do with the referenced post.
Can you do a cache flush from your dashboard?
I’d also wonder if there’s a plugin needing updating.
I’d also like to see you update WordPress to atleast 4.9.9. I’m worried you’ll update to 5.1.1 and wind up with the new Block Editor (Gutenberg) causing you some grief with its ‘learning curve’.
I think that might be important but I’m afraid of that big of a change.
There is a plugin called Easy Updates Manager that might work but the details there says it needs WordPress 4.6.
Backup before you try that.
Else you could install the classic Editor plugin and then just do an automatic update to 5.1.1 and let that run with the Classic Editor as default. You can then enable things to run both editors with Classic as default and switch to the Block Editor when you have the inclination to work with it. The block editor is really nice but Classic still works fine.

There’s also a plugin called Health Check that might help you but I seriously doubt that would work with that older version of WordPress.

Hope some of this might help and feel free to ask further questions before you try anything suggested by me.

It just happened to another wordpress site (same hosting) it uses 5.1.1
It probably isn’t the WordPress version then.
Maybe a server issue. Maybe a cache issue.
Time to talk with the hosting support.
