every time i click on my links on my page it takes me to this page. i want it to go out of the page to a external site. do you know why this is happening. i happens on my other website too.

i click on a link and it takes me to this page as well does anyone know whats going on? it wasnt doing this before? do you know if ive been hacked thanks.
