links on multiple sites all link back to main site

    I have 2 domains using one database and am using Multisite plugins.
    Site 1 is the main site with site 2 being the “clone”
    The problem is that all the links on site2 link back to site1 instead of remaining on site2.
    Please help!

    You can’t mask the domain of the main site.

    Hi
    My situation is as follows:
    I need to create 2 sites, each with their own domains and own themes, but using only one database.
    The content shown on the sites will be identical.
    (I know this is not good for SEO, but there is no need for these sites to be found on search engines.)
    No matter which site you are on, you need to remain on that site, no matter what you click.
    Any suggestions?

    I cannot for the life of me understand why you ‘need’ to do this. I can see wanting to, and I will repeat: You’re making more work for yourself, you’re hurting your audience (by giving multiple places for the same content) and you’re going to have more maintenance to do. Oh and there’s SEO, which in your case doesn’t matter.
