    Hi there.

First of all congratulations for your work, this plugin is exactlly what I needed and I’m still testing the free version but I have a strange problem with the slider, I’m building a automobile sales site and I’ve placed the product slider on the initial page (I’ve created some bogus products to test) and as soon as the slider shows up, when I click on a image, it goes straight to the single product page as it should but if the slider moves 4 or 5 positions, the links begin to fail in opening the pages (not always, sometimes one link fails to open and the one next to that will work)…

If I place the mouse on top of the images, the links address show up at the bottom of the screen but they just won’t open when clicking on the image! Why does this only happens after the slider begins to shift a few positions? It’s very strange…

Can you please help me? I’m stuck at the very first page of this project and I can’t advance without solving this problem (I will disable the maintenance mode so you can take a look).

    Thanks in advance.

PS: Another problem I’ve spotted is the “stop on hover” setting, it’s not working too…but that’s a smaller problem comparing with the links failing to open.

    Hi @miguel80,

Apologies for the delayed response. We have visited the page link you shared. We can see that you are using the Product Gallery Slider for WooCommerce along with the Product Slider plugin. The gallery slider plugin’s Slick JS conflicts with the product slider plugin, which is why the issue is occurring.

It would be better to seek help from the Product Gallery Slider plugin’s authorities, requesting them to load the Slick JS file for only the product page.

We checked the Stop on hover feature again in our testing environment. It’s working fine.

    Hope you understand. Thank you.

    Hi, @khalilu.

Thanks for your feedback, I’ll try to sort it out and see if I find a working solution (I’ll post it here later if I make it work).

    Cheers.
