Links not working properly??

I’ve recently transferred hosting from WordPress.com where all my links worked fine (I changed because .com doesn’t support plugins)

Now my links don’t work : ie; if you click on a ‘recent post’ it goes back to the ‘home’ page.

I’m not very technical so could someone please explain simply what I have to do – Please?
