links not working in my table

I have a simple table with links in one of the columns – the links are showing up as HTML in my page – any ideas? The offending table may be seen at http://iversonmethod.com/ – at the bottom of the page, in the according box, labelled “MASSAGE SCHOOLS AROUND THE COUNTRY”
I used simple HTML code –
<a href="thedomain.com">the link text</a>
