Links not showing up in Admin area

    I recently set up a WP system for a relative (I’ve done over 100 WP sites) and noticed the Links (blogroll) area is not showing up in the Admin. I deactivated all plugins to see if there was a conflict. That was not it. I re-installed under the Updates area. I also checked in PHPMyAdmin and the table for Links does exist.

    Any ideas on how to get the Links feature to show?
