    Hello,

    Can I get some clarification from the wordpress.org site crew on a plugin policy?

    The policy for wordpress.org hosting of plugins requires that the plugins ask for a site owner’s approval of any links back to the plugin developers site, i.e. “Powered by www (dot) somesite (dot) com”.

    Does this policy include even the text? i.e. would the “Powered by www (dot) somesite (dot) com” be acceptable if it is only the text but no an actual link to the site?
