• Hi,

I bought the theme Champion WordPress including SportsPress version 2.5 and the SportsPress for Football (Soccer) 0.9.6. plugins, a few weeks ago from StylemixThemes.

When I am logged in and click on an upcoming match, the detail page is displayed. However, when I am logged out, clicking on all of the upcoming matches result in a 404 page not found.

I have contacted the theme developer and they have checked the links with the default WordPress theme and also on their demo the link is working properly. Reactivating plugins also doesn’t solve the problem. We also have saved the parmalink settings again. So it isn’t a theme issue. The developer asked me to contact you.

Can you please help me to fix this? If you need login credentials, please let me know and I will provide them privatly.

    Hi!

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry for the trouble.

In order to isolate the issue we’ll need to see how it works with the default theme.

Please kindly switch to rookie or twenty sixteen and try again. Then set your permalinks back to defaults and let us know so we can check.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Many thanks for your reply. I switched the theme to twenty sixteen and set the permalinks back to the defaults. The problem resists.

    Hi!

If the issue is present with the default theme then it’s probably something in our plugin indeed.

This may be an issue with our latest update. Would it be possible for you to get in touch via our presales channel? I’d like to take a closer look at this issue:

    Hi Roch,

I will contact you again as requested. I just want to mention that I also had this problem with the previous version.

    Hi!

Oh, this could be a conflict with your server then, but we can check this there.

    Thanks a lot!
