Hello. Why do users receive messages and the link does not work? Just an inscription comes and there is no link! Or if there is a link, then after switching to it, the site simply opens and that’s it

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

In the Email Settings, is
“Use HTML for E-mails” Checked ON?
I believe HTML is needed for links.
