    Hi,

I test to use User Menus plugin for connected users.

It works well except on the homepage. If a user is connected, the homepage show the “disconnected menu” while the user is well connected.

    Do you know why ?

Thanks in advance for your response.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It seem to come from caching problem.

It is a caching issue, and W3 total cache has recommended solutions in our forums before, I think they allow making chunks of the page not cacheable, though I’ve heard its not easy to set up and custom to every site.

Only other option is to disable browser html caching entirely, as the browser is the source of the issue. It is reloading the copy from when they first got there, not loading a fresh copy.

If you have page caching on the server this shouldn’t make a huge impact on performance, just means the html for each page is loaded directly from server every time, rather than stored in browser. But the CSS/JS/Images will still be cached locally and not downloaded again each time.
