Links: display site name instead of URL

Hi everyone,

I’m using WP for a page that provides a long list of resources in the form of links to other websites. Since there are hundreds of links, all being updated constantly, I would like to avoid writing the site name manually. Is there a way to display site name instead of URL for the links I post?

Eg: I paste the link http://www.google.com, but the user sees “Google” written, without me having to write it manually for each link.
