Please bear in mind that this help forum is just for Permalink Manager Lite (free version) customers and your website uses Permalink Manager Pro (the paid version).
Please provide more details about the problem. Does the same issue occurs also when the plugin is deactivated?

no it doesnt cause any issue when deactivated i have to edit url from permalink each time to make it load and not 404
Could you create a new test page (but do not edit its URL) and send me its full URL address, so I can check this out?

my bad above links works just fine below one is edited and move to different url. top one is dead
By default, when Permalink Manager is not used (or deactivated) all the standard products’ URLs begin with “/product/” base, e.g.:
https://renovomotors.com/product/comfortable-bike-seat-saddle-seat-for-ecotric-folding-ebikes/
If you want to automatically remove that base, you need to adjust the Permastructure settings for products and replace:
product/%product%
with:
%product%
You can find full instructions in below article:
https://permalinkmanager.pro/docs/tutorials/remove-product-category-woocommerce-urls/#remove-product-from-woocommerce-permalinks
Ok, could you deactivate Permalink Manager and check if you can access the “dead” URL (without /product/ base)? Normally, if you do not use any other permalink plugin or custom code to rewrite products’ permalinks, it is not possible that any flat URL (without /product/ base)
https://renovomotors.com/comfortable-bike-seat-saddle-seat-for-ecotric-folding-ebikes/
would be recognized by WordPress itself as a product. This flat URL pattern is by default designated for articles and pages.
