 * I have been trying to create a new page with links and for some reason both the
   Insert/edit link and Unlink icons are gray along with Undo and Redo. I am unable
   to select anything. Can you please advise me what to do? This is also happening
   on other Word Press sites that I maintain. I also just checked another one of
   my websites version 4.0 and the same problem is there. Thanks.

 * deactivate your plugins and reset to the default theme and see if the problem
   goes away. if it does go away reactive things one by one until the problem resurfaces
   and then you’ll know what’s causing it. (it could be a combination of things 
   but it’s likely to be one thing that’s the root cause)
