 * I have a problem, becuase my links look:
    [http://www.abc.com/users/user?=bit](http://www.abc.com/users/user?=bit)
 * I would like to make my links look:
    [http://www.abc.com/users/bit/](http://www.abc.com/users/bit/)
 * What should I add to the file .htaacess? These pages “users” are generated by
   plugin.

 * Are you trying to do Permalinks? If its related to a plugin then you need to 
   contact the plugin’s author or check its documentation.
