    The core inspiration for this plugin was honestly for linkblogging in Mobile Safari but I think a better image uploader on the desktop is appropriate, I’ll add it to the list.

    I also agree that setting a Custom Post Type should be an option, I’ll add that to the list as well.

    I was looking for an alternative to Press This and Linkmarklet is great.

    I’m not a coder but was able to adapted the index.php file and to include a “via” string (and have the link appear in the post) as well as a “blockquote” when you select text which I saw you had on index2.php

    I think you’ve struck the right balance between simplicity and functionality here.

    My only request would be to refresh the slug automatically if you change the title.
