linking words on my blog to websites outside

    Hello,
    I am new to wordpress and would really apreciate the help.
    My cooking blog is called-
    http://indfused.wordpress.com/
    I want to link some of the ingredients I specify to the websites outside. How do I do that?
    I can link it to entries within my blog but not outside websites.

    Type in what you want to label your link in the WordPress editor. Highlight it, then click the icon that looks like a chain link. Enter the URL you want it to go to, and the title, then hit the add link button. That’s it.
