Linking WordPress Installs

I have two WordPress blogs, my personal one, and then a “media” blog of sorts… I am wondering if I can link these two blogs, to where when I want to post an entry to the “Media Blog,” all I have to do is put it in the category “Media,” and watch it become apart of the category Archive, however, I don’t want the “Archive for Category Name Here” text at the top. Chris Pirillo has this type of system running, and would like to know how to do it.
