Linking to accordions with non latin names is not working

When accordion title contains only latin letters like this:

[wpspoiler name=”Coronary Interventional”][table id=20 /][/wpspoiler]
Linking to it works properly

But when there are non latin characters like this:
[wpspoiler name=”Coronary Interventionał”][table id=20 /][/wpspoiler]

Linking is not working at all.

In my opinion there should be additional parameter “caption” which, if defined, should allow to give name which should be displayed – example:

[wpspoiler name=”Coronary Interventional” caption=”Coronary Interwentionał”][table id=20 /][/wpspoiler]
