I’d like a link on the main blog page (I only have one page now – just starting out), ideally near the top of the page. It could be in the links section, but, since it’s to my site home page, I’d like it to be prominent. I know how to create HTML links, and I use Dreamweaver to create and maintain my site. However, I’m not familiar with PHP and dynamic pages.
If so, from your admin go to Presentation, Widgets. WP comes with some widgets. Set how many text widgets you need. When they show up drag to the sidebar, click on the text widget to add your html and click on save changes.
