Linking to a directory

I have a bit of a problem. My WP2 install works fine, but I’d like to link to a directory with in the wp folder (/photos). I installed and used the EzStatic plugin and it does work, more or less. More less than more more. Intead of seeing my directory I get the Photos page from WP with the EzStatic link displayed as content. How can I link to a directory and let WP know not do anything with it? See it here: http://sebastian-auer.com and click on the photos link. If you get a prompt to login it works, but if you see the link text then I’d appreciate any help you can give me.
