If true, it dose not work. if I miss understand and I should use href= please give and example to how to create the link that it will work

    Thanks

    Guy

    Hello @4home,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Modula and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.

Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

    All the best,
    Beatrice.

    Hi @4home,

You are the first one to complain about this issue. We tried on our end and everything works properly. We need to do a debugging so we can see exactly where the issue comes from.
If you do not want to use the Health Check plugin, can you please tell us what theme and plugins you use so we can test it on our end?

    Thank you,
    Beatrice,

    Hello

I did use the health check plugin, it didn’t made any different.

Any way I’m using Sinatra theme and the plugins
Bluehost and Bluehost Website Builder which come with the hosting
Creative Mail by Constant Contact, Pretty Links and Yoast.

    Thanks

    Guy

    Thank you!
I just tried it with the same theme and those plugins and it still works fine on my end.
Are you entering the first 3 letter from the page’s title? Here is an example from my site: https://imgur.com/a/KIi5w2v

Is it possible to send me a screenshot with the browser’s console when you try to enter the letter in the URL field? To see if you have any errors in the console?

    Warmly,
    Mihaela
