# Linking PHP files in WP

 * I have recently redesigned my website. In doing so I have ran into a problem 
   that I have not been able to resolve on my own. In my sidebar I created a section
   for links to other pages on my website. This of course works fine if I decide
   to just use plain old HTML files, but I want to make them PHP files because I
   am integrating my WP header, footer and sidebar into the pages.
 * My problem is that I can’t figure out how to link to my php files and make them
   load correctly. If that doesn’t make sense to you then follow the link below:

 * On the sidebar there is a division called SECTIONS. Try to follow the “ABOUT”
   link and you will see the error I am getting.

 * You can NOT link ever directly to any template file! If those “pages” of yours
   have the call for header.php and stuff like that AND are located in the theme
   folder… WP “thinks” they are template files.
