Linking my Main Page Footer to WordPress.

    Hi,

    I have a site that does not run on a WordPress theme. The site contains a footer that is made purely with HTML. Is it possible to tag the footer as a WordPress post and make it customizable via WordPress? Take note that the site is not made using WordPress. Its located in a subdomain and I will just use it to modify this footer.
