The same problem as me.
However my old products are visible on the Facebook store but are not updated.

I’ve had this issue since the 2.0 release.
On initial set-up it does not properly show all of the facebook/instagram accounts I have admin access to either.
It’s not even consistent on what it shows, Facebook account A but not its matching Instagram Account for example.
anyone solved this issue ?

Same issue here. Someone from tech support might pop in and ask us to each start a separate thread to request support about this topic, doesn’t make sense since we all have exact same symptoms.

We are working closely with the Facebook team to identify the cause of these general errors and the Facebook team has addressed the vast majority of these thus far. I’m sorry that your account continues to be affected.
Would you please reach out to our support team through our site sharing the email address you use for your Facebook account so the Facebook team can take a look at the logs and determine why your attempts to connect are failing?

The problem is still not resolved.
but we just reinstalled version 1.11.
With the latest version of facebook for woocommerce it still does not work.
