    Dear,

With our sportswear brand we have partnered with 4 different charities. We donate a percentage of the sales value to one of those charities with each sale.

Is it possible to set it up that the customer has the choice at checkout to which charity this percentage would go to? And would any add-ons be needed to achieve this?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @ycbizz,

    happy to help you.

It depends on what you are using to sell your products. If you are using WooCommerce, for example, you could use the Donation Upsells for WooCommerce that would allow the users to donate more money for a cause in the checkout/cart section. This is a bit different from the percentage that you were looking for, but it’s an option you have too.

Please let us know if you have further questions on this or need any additional assistance!

    Hi @matheusfd

Thanks for the info. We, indeed use WooCommerce and I have indeed looked in to Donation Upsells for WoocCommerce.

But the % is already included in the total price of the product as we are the ones who donate. We would basically only need it to be possible that the buyer has the possibility in the checkout to choose between the four charities.

Hope that clarifies my question 🙂

    Hi @ycbizz,

In this case, I think that the WooCommerce support should be the best people to explain how to add a field for the checkout process then to allow the buyers to select which cause they want to donate to.

    Have a great day!
