    I have an Arabic site, am using this plugin just to show upcoming events 
   widget, but when I try to tweet an event, the link goes crazy, here is a sample:

 * could it be a plugin issue? how about trying other plugins like jetpack – sharing?

 * i’d suggest using a url shortener with your tweeting plugin. WP is the one that
   assigns links, not us, maybe there’s a plugin that works with UTF-8 urls.
