Linkedin Share Button not working

    I use the Elementor pro feature social share buttons but the share on LinkedIn is not functioning. I there a setting to make this works?

    Problem solved.

    May be I can help other people with the below information.

    Problem wasn’t the Elementor functionality or META tags regarding “Open Graph Protocol (OGP)” but the (free) HTTPS “Let’s Encrypt certificate”!!! LinkedIn is the only platform who doesn’t accept this free security certificate, because the Elementor share button worked splendid for Facebook, Google+ and Twitter … 🙁

    If you use a paid certificate (like Comodo) the problem should be solved.

    Are you sure about the issue with let’s encrypt SSL ?

    I just started my new blog and i have the same issue with linkedin sharing.

    For my case, it showed nothing but blank and an error message like “cannot display preview”.

    Yes, the moment my hosting company switched from the free SSL to the commercial SSL problem was solved …
