Sorry you ran into issues here. For that LinkedIn URL, is it a business or personal profile link?
LinkedIN’s API only works with actual business profiles. Personal ones aren’t supported (by them–we’d be happy to do it either way, but that’s a limit they impose).

I don’t recall that the URL is enough to tell. There is definitely a difference between them from LI’s perspective. If you’re not sure, chances are it’s personal because I believe the Business ones are paid.
