LinkedIn As Internal Link (2 posts)

My client has requested that the page be invisible, so I can't give an exact example.

I have FB, Twitter, and LinkedIn in the widget currently. FB and Twitter work, but LinkedIn tries to link to the URL as if it were part of the page (i.e. http://www.mysite.com/www.linkedin.com/....). Is there a way to fix this without going in and figuring out what is wrong with the Plug-in files?

I am having the same problem. How do I fix this?
Update- This worked for me, remove www. and change it to http://
    on your linked in link.
So as an example, on the widget, change this:

    to this http://linkedin.com/in/askmepcwebdesign

That seemed to fix it on my clients sites.
Weird problem. It puts the actual website name first when you click it and the linkedin id, so of course it does not work.
