Please set Enforce og tags for LinkedIn at Settings of WP to LinkedIn Auto Publish,if you are not using any SEO plugins for generating og tags.
Paste your post url at https://www.linkedin.com/post-inspector/ for validating the url(it will display your post’s preview generated by LinkedIn).
We are adding thumbnail parameter to avoid this issue in the upcoming release.

Many thanks for your fast response. I can’t find a setting in WP to LinkedIn Auto Publish or forcing og tags?
Oh I have is profile selection, sharing options, additional options, and none of these have a force og tag option.
Can you tell me what I’m missing please?

You can see ‘Enforce og tags for LinkedIn’ if you click ‘LinkedIn settings’ tab in ‘Settings page’ of the plugin.

Hi, I’m sorry but I am missing something here. I am using WP LinkedIn Auto Publish 7.10
In the settings all I have is CONNECT | PROFILE SELECT | SHARING OPTIONS | ADDITIONAL OPTIONS | HELP. None of these have an option to enforce OG tags.
Am I using the correct plugin?

Support for the plugin you are looking for is WP LinkedIn Auto Publish. This is the support form for WP to LinkedIn auto publish. Their is a slight change in the name
