Support » Fixing WordPress » link within is_front_page conditional tag not working

  • I have used a conditional tag in my header template to add an absolutely positioned div to all pages but the home page. Works great except that the links no longer work within the div.
    Any ideas as to why?

    <?php if (!(is_front_page())) : ?>
        <div id="rightbar_links"><img src="../../../images/logos_member.png" width="240" height="100" alt="Member PA Preferred" longdesc="http://papreferred.com" />Member:
         <p><a href="http://www.harrisburgregionalchamber.org/" target="_blank">Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC</a></p>
        <p><a href="http://www.papreferred.com/" target="_blank">Pennsylvania Preferred</a></p>
      </div>
      <?php endif; ?>

  • Update: In Chrome, links don’t work, in Firefox it’s totally wrong–wrong position, no links showing, and in IE (surprise!) in works perfectly.
