Link window
-
When I press to put one link, the pop up window appear out of the screen.
Half of the window is out in the left.
If I disable the plugin, the popup window appear correctly. This happens with the settings bar open on the right (something I like to use).
I no can send one pic, but I am sure you can reproduce it.
Maybe you can fix it if you move to the center the popup, so always will fix in the screen. Or one little to the left center.
That will be perfect

Hi @guillermo77,
Could you please share a screenshot of the page where you are facing this issue so that I can take a look?
Is in the post editor.
How I send one screen shoot?Just try to put one link in one word in the left of yhe text, and you will see.
The popup for add the link will show half out of the screen.
Hi @guillermo77,
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you mentioned and we’ve not received any such reports so far.
Could you please let me know the size of your browser window or screen where you’re facing this issue? Would you mind sharing a screenshot through Snipboard or Imgur?
Here are the WordPress Forum’s screenshot policies for your reference-
https://wordpress.org/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#can-i-include-screenshots-or-videosMaybe is one plugin??
Hi @guillermo77,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It appears that you have either zoomed in on your browser window or are using a very small screen, preventing you from checking the entire “Insert hyperlinks” popup.
The “Insert hyperlinks” popup is a WordPress feature (https://wordpress.org/support/article/paragraph-block/#insert-hyperlinks) and this is not an issue with All in One SEO, but rather with the screen size of the device you are using.
I disable the plugin and no have the error with the popup window links.
Is possible disable the links component?
You know if AIO SEO have problem displaying emojis after updates?

You can disable the link format options that AIOSEO adds by using our
aioseo_disable_link_format
filter here –
https://aioseo.com/docs/aioseo_disable_link_format/Here’s the code snippet you can add to your site –
add_filter( 'aioseo_disable_link_format', '__return_true' );

Hi @guillermo77,
Could you please check and let me know if you’re facing the same issue with a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Two? Would it be possible for you to cancel out any theme/plugin conflicts by using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin?
Here’s our documentation on this –
https://aioseo.com/docs/how-to-troubleshoot-issues-with-all-in-one-seo-pack/Please let me know what you find.
I use the plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin
Default theme, and only All in one SEO plugin
The pop-up is in the same position…
No is a big problem, but I like find one solution.
This happen from the lasts updates of the plugin.
Something in the script in wrong.
I am sure you can solve it, I use WordPress in spanish
Hi @guillermo77 ,
Can you please share the exact screen resolution of your screen? Are you facing the same issue on other screens (with different resolution) or when you zoom out?
Hi Shivamtyagi,
My screen 1024 x 768
I test also in edge with the same problem.
Zoom out can be one fix for the moment at 75% I watch the popup ok, but is how 3 centimeters outside of the real border.
This happen in the firsts words in the left, for example, if I put one link in “This happen”, I hope can reproduce the error, if you put the link in “error” no will have the problem, the problem is only in the first words of the oration.
One solution for me is put the popup always in the center, or put one margin in the left and right of 2 centimeters, or one limit, so you will have always the popup inside the screen.
Or aligned the popup with the tool bar.
Hi @guillermo77,
Thank you for confirming.
This appears to be a problem with the screen resolution you’re using. As you mentioned, this will not occur at higher resolutions or when zoomed out.
I’ve raised an internal issue so that we can address this in one of our upcoming updates.
Hi @guillermo77 ,
I wanted to let you know that we released All in One SEO Pro v4.3.1.1 yesterday which fixes this issue.
Please update to the latest version to get this fix.
I clean the cache, but the error continue 30 or 40 % out of screen
Sorry, no is a big problem, but no was solved
