link url change under @media screen css

Hello I made some modifications in the theme to made it responsive under @media screen css ,, so when I see the content on a mobil all the links on my site are changed to mysite.com/# if I see it on desktop is the link is fine mysite.com/page , I dont understand what is happened, basically I just change the width contents and containers to 100% under @media,,
any suggest , thanks !
