Link to /wp-admin showing incorrect reCAPTCHA on load

Hi, I see there are MANY posts about reCAPTCHA not working on pages or forms for sites users have. After reviewing many posts it seems the issue I started having about 3 weeks ago is different. When I load the /wp-admin page to login to each of these WP sites, when the page loads there is already an error showing: “Error: You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.” and I have not even tried to login. This seems primarily on sites that do not have HTTPS/SSL working. Once I type my user and password in and check “I’m not a robot” the login works fine, but the fact that it loads with an error concerns me. Ideas or a link to a solution I may have missed?
