Link to tag page from tag title?

    How do I get tag url from tag title by shortcode.

    I have tags: Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Tommy Lee Jones, Dianna Agron

    And I have shortcode for it:

    [movie_cast]Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Tommy Lee Jones, Dianna Agron[/movie_cast]

    I got it working using “SEO Smart Links” plugin, but I would rather make this by own shortcode that I realize and can change it anytime.

    Any help is appreciated.
