Link to subdomain post in main site

Hi,
I want only to show at main site the header (title, author, date, excerpt) of selected posts from subdomains, and when you click in title, you will be redirected to complete post at the subdomain. This is because i don’t want duplicated content, and I want to redirect to original content sites to promote author places. Sitewide tags pages duplicates the post, true?

There is a plugin or a solution to do this?
