    hello,

great plugin – but i am wondering if it is possible hide the ‘previous’ arrow when on the first slide and hide the ‘next’ arrow when on the last slide? ie – so you cannot loop through the slides.

    thank you.

    Mark.

    Hi Mark!

I’m sorry, but this is a pro feature. In there we have a “carousel” option, what you can turn off:
    http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/72-simple-type
and that would not allow the loop and would hide the arrows.

But if you know some coding, you could write a javascript code to do that. Here you can see, how you can trigger js codes, while you are on specific slides:
    http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/313-trigger-javascript-code-based-on-slide-switching
so you could use the “currentSlideIndex” variable to find out on which slide you are, and hide the arrows, if it’s the first or the last.

thanks Gabor – i think i will purchase the pro version as i would also like to prevent the text from changing size as the screen gets smaller.

Alright, I’m glad you decided like that! For the font to keep it’s size, this video could help:

from 2:52, but I would suggest checking out the whole video, as it can show all our responsive features.
